1. General Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@r45holidays.com
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–21 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Any applicable transaction fees, convenience charges, or service fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Before 30 days of departure – Eligible for a full refund (after deducting service/transaction charges).
15–29 days before departure – Eligible for a 50% refund.
7–14 days before departure – Eligible for a 25% refund.
Less than 7 days before departure – No refund will be provided.
3. Cancellation by Company
If a trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., minimum group size not met, operational issues, government restrictions), customers will receive either:
A full refund, or the option to reschedule/credit towards a future booking.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable once booked:
Airfare, train tickets, and other transport services are booked on behalf of the customer.
Hotel bookings with non-refundable terms.
5. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:
Natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
6. Special Cases
Refund requests for medical emergencies or unavoidable situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to documentary proof.
Once your request is received to the company successfully, Route45 Holidays Private Limited will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund within 30 working days.
